Pastor Angela D. Robinson Bell born in Augusta Georgia but lived in Philadelphia Pennsylvania most of her life. She is married to Gregory Bell, they share four grown sons, two daughters-in-law, nine grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. After raising her children Angela became a minister in 2007 working for the cause of Christ by preaching the gospel and exercising her gift of intercession while also working on the children ministry at the Baptist Worship Center Church from 1999 to 2008.

Later in 2008, Angela joined the From the Heart Church Ministry in Philadelphia and served on the Missions Ministry until 2016. Angela  served on the health and healing ministry where she visited sick and shut-ins as well as hospitals and  nursing homes visits.  Furthermore, doing outreach on the streets of Philadelphia to seek and save the lost. And she also graduated from Mel Floyd School of Evangelism in 2017. She attended Rhema Word Christian Center from 2016 to 2021 where she exercised her gifts of teaching, preaching and spreading the gospel. 

Angela retired from the School District Of Philadelphia after 25 years of service in 2015. Angela returned to school to pursue a degree and graduated with an associate in Applied Science in 2016. Angela currently works part-time as a Family Advocate at Path Inc. She has also received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Christian Ministries from Bethel University in 2020.
